以PP-g-GMA为相容剂,使用同向双螺杆挤出机制备PET/PP-g-GMA/i PP共混物,并对其进行注塑发泡。研究PP-g-GMA质量分数对共混物熔体流动速率及发泡性能的影响,用SEM观察泡孔形态,发泡后的力学性能。研究表明:随PP-g-GMA质量分数增加,熔体流动速率逐渐降低。与纯i PP和未加相容剂的PET/i PP共混物相比,添加相容剂的复合材料发泡性能得到明显改善,泡孔更小更均匀,泡孔破壁、塌陷、并孔现象得到改善。PP-g-GMA的引入使发泡材料的拉伸强度与冲击韧性都得到提高,其最佳质量分数为5%,发泡材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高10.3%和39.69%。
PET / PP-g-GMA / i PP blends were prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder with PP-g-GMA as compatibilizer and injection-foamed. The effects of PP-g-GMA mass fraction on the melt flow rate and the foaming properties of the blends were investigated. The cell morphology and the mechanical properties after foaming were observed by SEM. The results show that with the increase of PP-g-GMA mass fraction, the melt flow rate decreases gradually. Compared with pure i PP and PET / i PP blends without compatibilizer, the foaming properties of composites with compatibilizer were significantly improved, the cells were smaller and more uniform, the cells were broken, collapsed, and Hole phenomenon has been improved. The introduction of PP-g-GMA enhanced the tensile strength and impact toughness of the foamed material with the best mass fraction of 5% and the tensile strength and impact strength of foamed material increased by 10.3% and 39.69% respectively.
