采用水模试验方法,对常规四叶搅拌器和不同叶片结构的WG-3Y搅拌器的搅拌混合特性进行了研究,试验结果表明,本试验条件下,模型C结构WG-3Y搅拌器的搅拌混合特性最优,其卷吸深度比常规四叶搅拌器增大30%~100%。
The mixing and mixing characteristics of conventional four-bladed mixer and WG-3Y blender with different blade structures were studied by using water-based test method. The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions, the stirring and mixing of WG-3Y mixer Features the best, the suction depth than the conventional four-leaf blender increased by 30% to 100%.
