应用放射性免疫分析方法检测３５例左向右分流先天性心脏病人（先心组）血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ）水平，结果先心组较对照组明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；肺动脉高压者显著高于压力正常者（Ｐ＜０．０５）；左心房内径扩大者也明显高于内径正常者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示肺循环血容量增多及左心功能状态是影响ＡＮＰ分泌的主要因素，左心房扩大牵张是直接的影响因素。
The level of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in 35 patients with left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease (congenital heart disease) was detected by radioimmunoassay.
