随着社会的不断进步,企业发展步伐的不断加快,加强新时期团员青年的思想政治工作,是各级共青团干部必须面对的一个崭新的课题。本文结合中国平煤神马集团铁运处公安段的实际情况,分析基层团员青年及个别共青团干部思想深处存在的几点问题,即精神矮化现象;信仰危机;对个人价值的困惑;对成才标准的迷惘等等。笔者认为,在共青团工作中,共青团干部只有具备以下三种素质才能适应新时期企业快速发展的要求。第一,激情饱满、实干奉献、高尚雅洁的素质;第二,不断学习、提高素质、与时俱进、开拓创新的素质;第三,文化育人、活动策划、参与管理的素质;此外,要积极参与企业管理,当好党政的助手。
