为研究活性粉末混凝土(钢管RPC)充填钢管形成轴压短柱的力学性能,基于统一强度理论和厚壁圆筒理论,考虑构件的界面黏结性能和尺寸效应,推导圆形、方形钢管RPC短柱轴压承载力统一解,探讨强度理论参数、套箍指标和RPC强度的影响特性。结果表明:各参数对构件承载力有显著影响;考虑界面黏结及尺寸效应的轴压承载力计算结果与试验结果吻合更好。通过统计分析,验证对比理论公式与技术规程中构件承载力的计算方法,最后给出圆形及方形钢管RPC轴压短柱极限承载力建议实用计算公式。
In order to study the mechanical properties of axially compressed short columns filled with reactive powder concrete (steel tube RPC) filled steel tube, based on the uniform strength theory and the theory of thick-walled cylinder, considering the interfacial adhesion properties and size effects, The unified solution of axial compressive bearing capacity is discussed, and the influence of strength theory parameters, ferrule index and RPC strength are discussed. The results show that each parameter has a significant effect on the bearing capacity of members, and the calculation results of axial compressive bearing capacity considering the interfacial bonding and size effect are in good agreement with the experimental results. Through the statistical analysis, the calculation method of the bearing capacity of members in the comparison of theoretical formulas and technical regulations is verified. Finally, the practical calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of circular and square steel tubular RPC stub columns is given.
