法律教育是军队思想政治教育的一项重要内容,我国坚持贯彻依法治国策略和依法治军的方针,对于部队建设和管理工作取得了重大作用。近年来,我国基层部队建立了一个比较完整的军事法律体系,要将这些法律体系落实到部队建设的各个方面,最重要的就是搞好部队法律教育,提高部队官兵的法律意识。目前,基层部队的法律教育还存在一些值得重视的问题,军队中部分官兵的法律素质不够高,法律意识缺乏、运用法律解决问题的能力也不强等方面,这与国家坚持依法治军的要求有着明显的差距。本文分析了基层部队法律教育改革的措施。
Legal education is an important part of the PLA’s ideological and political education. Our country’s principle of consistently implementing the strategy of governing the country according to law and of administering the army according to law has played a significant role in the building and management of the armed forces. In recent years, grassroots units in our country have established a comparatively complete military legal system. To put these legal systems into all aspects of army building, the most important thing is to improve the legal education of the armed forces and raise the legal awareness of the officers and men of the armed forces. At present, there are still some issues worthy of attention in the legal education of grassroots units. Some of the officers and men in the armed forces are not high enough in law, lack of legal awareness and the ability to use laws to solve problems. This is in line with the requirement of the state to adhere to the principle of administering the army according to law There is a clear gap. This article analyzes the measures of grassroots forces legal education reform.
