为了研究切削厚度对切削力的影响和不同切削厚度下岩石的断裂形式,编译了基于二维离散元软件PFC2D切削仿真程序,模拟了截齿切削抗压强度为84.9 MPa岩石,仿真结果表明二维离散元仿真岩石切削的过程与Evan的密实核理论符合较好,不同切削厚度下的仿真截割力与试验截割力较为接近,相对误差小于10%。
In order to study the effect of cutting thickness on cutting force and the fracture form of rock under different cutting thickness, a PFC2D cutting simulation program based on two-dimensional discrete element software was compiled to simulate the rock cutting with a cutting compressive strength of 84.9 MPa.
