目的介绍缓/控释制剂类型及各种制剂制备技术的研究概况及展望方法以国内外发表的文献为依据,对缓/控释制剂类型及各种制剂制备技术分别进行介绍。结果与结论目前制备缓/控释制剂的技术日益增多,研究开发品种亦较多,但还需要进一步发展。 OBJECTIVE: To introduce the research progress and prospect of preparation methods of slow / controlled release formulations and various preparation methods. Based on the literature published both at home and abroad, the types of slow / controlled release preparations and the preparation techniques of various preparations were introduced respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Presently, the technology of preparation of slow / controlled release preparations is increasing day by day, and there are more varieties of research and development, but further development is needed.
