文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计和访谈等研究方法,分析目前南京市部分小学武术教学活动开展的现状和影响其发展的因素,指出必须提高教师的美育修养,建立教师继续教育长效机制,加强武术课堂教学实践和校本武术培训力度,教师须从事武术科学研究等策略,旨在为小学更好的开展武术活动提供借鉴,加速小学实施“以人为本,全面发展”教育模式。
This paper analyzes the current situation of Wushu teaching activities in some elementary schools in Nanjing and the factors that influence its development by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interviews. It points out that it is necessary to improve teachers’ cultivation of aesthetics and establishment of teacher continuing education Effective mechanism to strengthen martial arts classroom teaching practices and school-based martial arts training, teachers must engage in martial arts research and other strategies aimed at providing better reference for primary schools to carry out martial arts activities to accelerate the implementation of primary school “people-oriented, all-round development ” education model.
