目的恶性间皮瘤是一种起源于间皮细胞的高度恶性肿瘤。研究表明,胰岛素样生长因子等多种生长因子与恶性间皮瘤的发生发展预后有密切的联系,有些将可能成为其化疗的新靶点。
Purpose Malignant mesothelioma is a highly malignant tumor originating from mesothelial cells. Studies have shown that a variety of growth factors such as insulin-like growth factor and the prognosis of malignant mesothelioma are closely linked, and some may be its new target for chemotherapy.
