教师工作的工具就是自已的嗓子,如何保护好嗓子.可不是一朝一夕的事情,平时要注重嗓音保健。讲究嗓音保健指的是保护嗓音要从日常生活中一点一滴做起,衣、食、住、行各个方面都要注意,养成一种时时保护嗓子的好习惯。
