应用高效液相色谱法对2,3—二氰基—2,3—二苯基丁二酸二乙酯内消旋体和外消旋体在1,1,2,2—四氯乙烷中的热分解反应混合物进行了定性和定量分析。建立了标准物校正系统误差——峰高归一化定量法。定量分析相对误差小于±0.12%,相对平均偏差小于±1.55%,变异系数小于2.22%。这种定量方法为2,3—二氰基—2,3—二苯基丁二酸二乙酯内消旋体1和外消旋体2的热分解反应动力学研究提供了一种有效的测试方法。
