我厂有很多套薄壁深腔压铸模或局部薄壁深腔压铸模,在薄壁端部加设条带间隙后其成型性都大大提高。如我厂生产的50型摩托车上的右曲轴箱体(材料ZL111)是一个较复杂的薄壁深腔压铸件,未改进前成品率只有60%~65%,经改进后成品率增至88~94%,经济效益提高了将近一倍。图为右曲轴箱体压铸模的条带间隙排气槽结构简图。表为几种有色合金的条带间隙尺寸。
