In a review,[1] Nobel Prize laureate Alan J.Heeger divided the semiconducting polymers into three generations,and emphasized that the important examples of the third generation include the highly ordered crystalline polymer and the donor-acceptor co-polymers.Indeed,a few co-polymers with donor(D)-acceptor(A)structure showed high performances for light-emitting diodes and solar cells,and in particular,for field-effect transistors(FETs)in recent years.In this presentation,I will report the design and synthesis of some co-polymers with D-A structure.The FETs were fabricated and their electronic properties were studied.
