　　Objective To explore the influence of EVO on BMDC induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in vitro.Methods C57BL/6 mice with the age range of 4-6 weeks were used in the study and bone marrow precursor cells in their femurs were separated and incubated with RPMI1640 and 10% FBS under the circumstance of 37℃ and 5% CO2.During this time, GM-CSF (25ng/mL)were added every 48h in order to induce BMDC.
