  To improve the mechanization of plant protection in the orchard, the plan of the orchard sprayer chassis was determined on the basis of the investigation.Combining the production status of agriculture vehicle, unmodified chassis was selected.The layout scheme of postposition fan and special-shaped agrochemical box was adopted.The power system was redistributed by the transfer case and the force taking device.The research filled the blank of sprayer chassis systems for density orchard in china.The vehicles performance of through and dynamic were well.

Silwet408具有优异的润湿与扩展性能,能增强药液附着,增加覆盖面,降低喷雾量和农药残留,耐雨水冲刷.试验表明,无论是桶混还是配方添加,Silwet408在防治杂草和虫害时能够在减少1/4~1/2的农药使用量的情况达到等效的防治效果,说明有机硅助剂对试验中的药剂具有增效作用.Silwet408在提高药效的同时,能够减少用药量、用水量和喷雾量,降低了劳动强度,使药剂更好的控制虫害的发生.
我国农药的有效利用率极低,大约有60%~80%的农药因使用不当而浪费.影响农药利用率低的主要原因是药液在靶标作物上的沉积量,靶标植物的表面自由能及其分量和药液的理化性质是影响药液沉积量的主要因素.
