Objective To investigated the underlying network mechanisms that low frequency stimulation(LFS)of entorhinal cortex(EC)interferes with the hippocampal epileptogenesis and seizures in rodent.Methods Hippocampal fast kindling modle were used to evaluating the antiepileptic effect of LFS at the EC,and optogenetic-electrophysiological strategy were used to investigate its underlying network mechanisms.
