It has been well recognized that the properties of organic donor-acceptor (DA) heterojunctions and interfaces between the photoactive layer and the electrode,e.g.,electronic structures,Ohmic contacts,interfacial cohesion,or charge traps,are of fundamental importance to governing the device performance of organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells,because they can strongly impact the exciton dissociation,charge transport and collection process.
