In human body,Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in inflammatory tissues are produced to play key roles in some physiological processes such as cell signalling and apoptosis,native immunity,and so forth[1].On the other hand,overproduced ROS cause biomolecules damage in various diseases such as inflammatory disorders and cancer[2].In this study,amphiphilic poly(propylene sulfide) (PPS) and ipoly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) block copolymers was synthesized and employed as a strategy to respond stimuli in inflammatory tissues (Fig.1).
