  Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endovascular interventional techniques in the treatment of visceral artery aneurysms(VAA).Methods: Twenty-three patients with VAAs were enrolled in the study,including 13 cases of splenic artery aneurysms,2 cases of hepatic artery aneurysms,3 cases of gastroduodenal aneurysms,4 cases of superior mesenteric artery aneurysms and 1 case of renal artery aneurysm.
