以从不同来源青贮饲料中分离筛选的优良乳酸菌为基础,复配成以下三个实验组:①植物乳杆菌LA+布氏乳杆菌403b,②噬淀粉乳杆菌SD418+香肠乳杆菌SD23+布氏乳杆菌403b,③植物乳杆菌2026b1+发酵乳杆菌6-1-1+布氏乳杆菌403b,对玉米秸秆进行青贮对比试验.结果 表明,三种复配乳酸菌添加剂均能改善玉米青贮品质,其中以实验组②效果最为显著.其发酵结束的玉米青贮饲料pH值为4.26,还原糖和乳酸的含量为最高(16.95和20.94 g/kg),乙酸含量为最低(2.18 g/kg),乳酸菌数量最多(2.1 ×107 cfu/g),肠杆菌数量最少(6.3 ×105 cfu/g).16S rDNA宏基因组测序分析显示,添加实验组②的玉米秸秆青贮结束以后乳酸菌的数量所占比例为最高.因此,以噬淀粉乳杆菌SD418、香肠乳杆菌SD23和布氏乳杆菌403b组成的复配菌剂在玉米秸秆青贮中具有推广应用的潜力.
