Based on NOAA/AVHRR data during from1982 to 2000, we have researched the dimensional distribution and change of surface albedo in Tibetan Plateau, researched the relationship between the change of albedo and temperature & precipitation, obtained the statistical relationship between surface albedo and temperature & precipitation, and calculated the distribution and change of surface albedo in Tibetan Plateau used the regression equation calculated.The results indicated that there were observably difference in the dimensional distribution of annual mean surface albedo in Tibetan Plateau, There were better correlations between surface albedo and temperature lag about one month and precipitation lag about two months; the equation can better simulate the spatial distribution and seasonal variation of regional surface albedo in Tibetan Plateau, the statistical indices suggest that the equation possesses a small deviation and a perfect simulate.
