通过铁氧化物直接反应方程,进行鱼雷罐处理含铁尘泥球团的热力学分析,考察钢厂折铁后的鱼雷罐是否有足够的热量使尘泥球团发生自还原反应。计算表明,折铁后的鱼雷罐能够预热尘泥球团;加入尘泥球团的鱼雷罐到铁厂出铁时,铁水为尘泥球的自还原反应提供了足够的热力学和动力学条件;工业试验证明鱼雷罐加尘泥球技术是可行的。
Through the direct reaction equation of iron oxide, the thermodynamic analysis of torpedo-can treated iron-bearing dust-bearing pellets was carried out to investigate whether there is enough heat in the steel torpedo-torpedo torch to cause the self-reduction reaction of dust-dust pellets. The calculation shows that the torpedo torch can preheat dust dust pellets. When the torpedo canister is added to the iron mill, the molten iron provides enough thermodynamic and kinetic conditions for the self-reduction reaction of dust dust ball ; Industrial test proved that the torpedo dust mud ball technology is feasible.
