  目的:建立高效液相色谱法快速测定人尿液中吉米沙星药物浓度,并考察吉米沙星尿排泄情况.方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为乙腈-10 mmol/L 醋酸铵缓冲液(pH2.2,含10mmol/L 高氯酸)(22:78,v/v);柱温40℃;流速1.5 mL/min;检测波长为338nm.结果:本测定方法的线性范围:0.1~100 μg/mL,r=0.99993.
