This article studies the effects on benefit improvement when the public pension system undergo a reform enforced by the State Council from the File(1997)26 to the File(2005)38.The approach used here is firstly to design two key variables and a series of metrics on the effect of the reform,then to compare the differences between the two styles of the pension system.The main conclusions are the following: the reform does not change the total pensionable salary basis,but the actual pension replacement ratio is higher than that estimated by the government,in fact the increase of the ratio is about 6.3 percentages.However,for an individual retiree the extent of pension improvement depends on the two key variables.In short,the reform will improve the relation of fairness and motivation and make the pension system more scientific.

【摘 要】当前大多数水厂提升泵都选用潜水离心泵，而泵实际的运行工况基本上都与泵自身设计上存在一定的偏差，实际扬程一般都低于设计扬程。一些水厂提升泵的实际扬程与设计扬程偏离较大，造成泵发生气蚀。这种现象也是普遍存在的。因此，计算出泵的实际扬程和气蚀余量是非常必要的。本文则以布吉污水厂的提升泵为例，通过计算出提升泵的实际扬程和气蚀余量来判断该泵是否发生气蚀现象。 【关键词】离心泵；潜水泵；扬程；气蚀
