  The Manila clam,Tapes philippinarum,is popular and profitable molluscs of shallow water aquaculture.In present study,Tapes philippinarum was enzymatically hydrolyzed by nine proteases such as,Flavourzyme,Neutrase,Protamex,Alcalase,papain,pepsin,t-chymotrypsin,and trypsin.The antioxidative activity of enzymatic extracts was measured by ESR spectroscopy.
