Objective: Sometimes Deep cervical abscess due to odontogenic infection is occasionally seen, even though the wide spectnum antibiotics are developped and used.Deep cervical abscess is a disease which progress mediastinum abscess, sepsis and the potential for grave consequences, if not managed properly.We report four cases of deep cervical abscess due to odontogenic infection with a review of literatures.
