Metabolimics aims at qualitative and quantitative analysis of all low-molecular-weight metabolites of a living cell, organ or whole organism 1.However, the metabolites are very diverse in structure and chemical property, which provides a significant challenge for metabolomics.To date, the only effective approach tries to find instrument signal features of all detectable compounds followed by searching the signal differences between biological samples from treatment group and control group.This non-targeted approach has advantages of probing the entire metabolic space and can be used to filter potential biomarkers 2-4.
