The application of Human Fetal Liver Hematopoietic Stem Cells (hFL-HSC) is permitted by the Law of Ukraine and recommended for clinical trials by the Regulation No.1100 of the Ukraine Ministry Cabinet (2007).The procedure of clinical trials is determined by the Regulation No.630 of the Ukraine Ministry of Health Care (2007).37 patients were included in the clinical trial "Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Fetal Allogeneic Progenitor Cells Transplantation in Complex Treatment of Chronic Limb Ischemia".
