近十年来，药剂学与生物材料学科的交叉研究，特别是功能材料的广泛应用，促进了药物递释系统的发展。药物递释系统应用于临床，体内的转运机理研究是不可或缺的重要环节。针对某些疾病临床治疗方法缺、疗效差等问题，药物递释系统是未来发展的一个重要方向，其体内的转运机理研究，同样具有重要价值。
