本文阐述了连续铸钢气水喷嘴的结构型式及其在设计中的主要技术要求。从理论上分析了雾化介质的压力与被雾化的水的粒径关系;提出了设计气水喷嘴时。选择压缩空气与水的合理压力范围.在导出气水喷雾冷却条件下传热数学模型的基础上对传热问题进行了初步探讨,并对气水喷雾冷却节水的原因进行了简要分析。
This paper describes the structure of continuous casting gas-water nozzle and its main technical requirements in the design. The relationship between the pressure of atomizing medium and the particle size of atomized water is theoretically analyzed. The design of gas-water nozzle is proposed. Select the reasonable pressure range of compressed air and water.At first, based on the mathematical model of heat transfer in the condition of air-water spray cooling, the heat transfer problem is discussed preliminarily, and the reason of air-water cooling and water saving is briefly analyzed.
