目的:探讨复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的治疗作用。方法:将60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型对照组、枸橼酸铋钾组和复方蜥蜴散80目、100目、80+100目组,采用无水乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,用比色法分别测定各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并在光镜下观察胃黏膜病理学改变。结果:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂能提高大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤血清SOD活性,减少血清MDA含量,且复方蜥蜴散80+100目效果最显著;胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对无水乙醇诱导的急性胃黏膜损伤有明显的治疗作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of different particle mixture of compound lizards on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods: Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model control group, bismuth potassium citrate group and compound lizards scattered 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 80 + 100 mesh group, using anhydrous ethanol The acute gastric mucosal injury was induced in rats. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of rats in each group were measured by colorimetric method. The pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed under light microscope. Results: The compound lizards with different microparticles could improve the activity of serum SOD in serum of acute gastric mucosal lesion and decrease the level of serum MDA. The effect of compound lizards on 80 + 100 meshes was the most significant. The histopathological damage of gastric mucosa was significantly improved. CONCLUSION: The compound lizard powder with different particle combinations has a significant therapeutic effect on the acute ethanol-induced acute gastric mucosal injury. The mechanism may be related to the anti-oxidation effect.
