Profited from large surface-area-to-volume ratio, gas-liquid-solid microreactors have intrinsic large interfacial area per unit volume and proven to be able to dramatically enhance heat and mass transfer, which made them suitable and useful for fine chemical synthesis. The properties of prepared catalyst layer in microreactors directly affect both the reactor efficiency and durability.Over the past decades, a variety of attempts have been made to prepare the catalyst layer with high activity. In general, the deactivation of the catalysts arising from the detachment of the catalyst, intermediates adsorption on the active area, etc, is unavoidable.
