Objective To investigate the detection and distribution of gastric cancer and precancerous diseases(gastric polyp,gastric ulcer,chronic atrophic gastritis)in physical examination population,and to explore the necessity of gastroscopy in physical examination population,so as to provide theoretical basis for screening early gastric cancer.
