  Aim:To introduce AS1411 (this aptamer targets nucleolin on the cell surface) to complex between ADM and SWNT to enhance targeted delivery of ADM,and to use 808 nm NIR laser for photothermal treatment to achieve the effect of targeting,controlled release and hyperthermiar.Methods:Water-soluble SWNTs were made by oxidizing and functionalizing with poloxamer 188.ADM-AS1411-SWNTs tertiary complex formation was formed according physical adsorption and electrostatic adsorption,lt was analyzed by TEM,infrared spectrophotometry,differential scanning calorimeter,particle size and potential analysis.
