多晶铸锭品质优化技术

  多晶硅锭顶部通常会含有高密度的杂质分布,杂质引起多晶硅锭利用率偏低,使生产成本升高。杂质的分布与长晶界面以及长晶速率具有直接的关系。通过模拟计算与试验研究的方法,对不同热场结构与工艺配方对长晶品质的影响进行模拟计算与试验验证,最终得到长晶界面以及长晶速度对杂质分布的影响,最终提出优化分凝效果的技术,并应用于生产实践中。这一技术对多晶铸锭品质的提升及太阳能电池成本的降低具有较大的意义。
