Spider toxin lycosin-I has been demonstrated to cause the death of microorganisms and tumor cells.However,the mechanism of how the peptide interacts with cell membrane remains elusive.In the present study,the interactions between lycosin-Ⅰ and artificial lipid membrane were investigated by probing the tempo-spatial diffusion dynamics and adsorption dynamics of fluorescently labeled lycosin-Ⅰ close to the liquid-solid interface at single molecular level.
