L-选择素与β2整合素为白细胞膜表面表达的粘附分子。二者与血管内皮细胞表面表达的配体相互作用，在炎症级联反应中起重要作用：L-选择素-配体相互作用介导初期流动相白细胞在血管内皮细胞上的捕获，而β2整合素-配体相互作用则主要介导白细胞后续在血管内皮细胞上的滚动与稳定粘附。
