The high solid content resol phenolic resin was prepared from formaldehyde,paraformaldehyde and phenol,using NaOH as catalyst,by gradually copolymerization.three eco-friendly halogen-free flame retardants (APP,MP,LM-NPP8081) were chose to composite phenolic foam,the mechanical properties,flame retardancy,fragility,FT-IR,TG,DSC,SEM of phenolic foam were tested to research the efect of the type and amount of flame retardant on the performance of phenolic foam.The results were showed that: the flame retardancy of the foam were significantly improved,the influence on thermal resistant of foam were not very significant,and the various properties of foam were considered synthetically,the performance of APP composite phenolic foam with was the better.
