在低Pe数流体管内层流热发展段的换热问题中,流体及管壁的轴向导热是不容忽视的。本文从计算简单和工程应用方便考虑,对管壁导热和流体对流的耦合问题,提出了一个新颖的积分模型。此模型反映了Pe数和管壁导热参数β对管内壁热流及流体混合温度的影响。通过对二区域问题(半无限长加热段)的具体求解,发现此模型的精度甚高,与Faghri等人的数值解符合得很好。本文最后还讨沦了此积分模型推广应用的可能性。
In the low Pe number of heat transfer tube laminar flow heat development problems, the axial wall of the fluid and the heat pipe can not be ignored. In this paper, a new integral model is proposed based on the simple calculation and the convenience of engineering application. The coupling problem of heat transfer and fluid convection in pipe wall is presented. This model reflects the influence of Pe number and thermal conductivity parameter β on the heat flux and the mixing temperature of the pipe wall. By solving the two-zone problem (semi-infinite heating zone), the accuracy of this model is found to be very good, which is in good agreement with Faghri’s numerical solution. Finally, this article also discusses the possibility of promoting and applying this integral model.
