　　Currently,how to enhance anti-cancer efficacy but reduce side effects is a major challenge for cancer chemotherapy [1].In the present study,pH-sensitive Dextran-Retinal (Dex-RAL) nanoparticles were prepared as a drug delivery system.Briefly,Dex-RAL conjugate was prepared by first activating dextran with 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate,followed by a reaction with hydrazine hydrate.
