In plants,basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors play pivotal roles in the abiotic stress response.In this study,we cloned GmbZIP110,a bZIP transcription factor gene from soybean (Glycine max L),which belongs to bZIP group S and its biological function was studied.The expression of GmbZIP110 was induced by high salt treatments,and GmbZIP110 was expressed in soybean roots,stems,leaves,flowers and pods.
