Objective using weak cation (mb-wcx) the magnetic capture serum protein polypeptide,surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI TOF MS) technique,the Tibetan Plateau Tibetan people adapt group (SY) and plain offaccommodate differences between group (TSY) of serum proteomic and methods to collect Tibetan world ranking Tibetan plateau to the serum and Tibet moved to Tibetan plain de adaptation of serum samples from each of 32 cases.Mb-wcx magnetic capture serum protein polypeptide,MALDI-TOF MS analysis of Tibetan plateau population adaptation and plain de adaptation group,serum proteomics.Results clinprotools software combination of Biostatistics and bioinformatics analysis individual and inter group difference in serum protein group.The results showed that some different molecular weight proteins in between the two groups in the expression of differences (P < 0.005),such as molecular weight for 4094.67,4213.96 protein quality between the two groups exist significant difference,P values were <0.000001,0.0000024,<0.000001.At the same time these differences of protein and peptide in each group showed steady state (AUP value was greater than 0.75).Conclusion: 1.MALDI-TOF MS has a certain difference in protein expression between the serum protein groups and the high altitude adaptation to the Tibet Tibetan population.2.different large protein peptides,such as molecular weight of 4094.67,4213.96 of the protein,can be used as a marker for screening of high altitude offto adapt to the crowd.
