由风口焦性能探讨降低COREX流程能耗的途径

宝钢COREX-3000目前生产的主要燃料是块煤辅之以15%左右的焦炭,风口取样技术是研究块煤半焦和焦炭在熔融气化炉内劣化程度的有效方法.通过对风口焦试样的实验室研究,发现试样的平均粒度随着离风口距离的增加而减小,料柱的透气性较差;测定风口试样中渣的熔化温度,建立了计算透液性指数的公式,分析了影响透液性指数的参数,利用改进的Rist操作线原理,从结构节能方面阐述了降低COREX流程能耗的途径,对今后COREX-3000的技术改进和可持续发展提供了帮助.
