目的 本研究通过对住友CFN 模块11 C-胆碱合成单元进行改装,采用固相萃取法制备11 C-Raclopride,并采用旋蒸技术对产品进行纯化,制备符合临床要求的产品.方法 精密称取2 mg 前体(去甲基Raclopride)溶于0.5 ml 丙酮溶液,再加入15 μl 新鲜配制的0.5 mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液,待混合液变为深绿色时加入到反应器中.
