In this paper,microwave treeze drying (MFD) pilot testing equipment was established and compared with traditional freeze drying method.In addition,the cost estimation of microwave freeze drying was carried out.What was more,the combination of microwave components and freeze drying process was discussed,and some problems in installation and debugging were brought forth and resolve methods was found.
