Reformation of retailing not only reflects a states situations of economic development and market but also enables consumer demands, etc to be restricted by many factors to a large extent.Alternation of retailing is generally interpreted based on elaborating evolution of domestic retailing.Based on theory of vacuum zone, new interpretation is proposed on change of domestic retailing from consumers point of view of subject consciousness.It views that, theory of subject consciousness better depicts consumers preference curve and describes domestic change path of retailing.
