　　Cr3C2-NiCr compound coating was acquired on 20 steel substrate by plasma spraying process.Microstructure and main components of the coating were analysed detailedly by JXA-8800R electron probe.The phases of the coating were analysed by DMAX-rc X ray diffraction instrument and H800 TEM.The porosity and microhardness of it were tested in this article.The bond strength of the coating and room temperature grain-abrasion test were done separately.
