　　目的 探讨嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EG)的临床及内镜特点,分析易误诊的主要原因,以提高临床诊治水平。方法 收集广西医科大学第一附属医院2004～2014 年期间收治的EG 患者24 例,对患者的病史、临床表现、实验室检查、影像学特点、内镜及病理特点、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗情况进行回顾性分析。
