The Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 (PZT) ceramics have been widely used as sensors,actuators,and other piezoelectric devices for half a century because of their superior properties.However,lead-free piezoceramics have been desired from the viewpoint of environmental issues over the last few years,which are arising from the draft directives on waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and the restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS).
